Octagonal Limestone Pool Fountain with Collared Pillar

A reclaimed limestone pool fountain whose square pillar is banded by a projecting ring collar at mid height, giving it a stacked, architectural profile that the simpler pillars here do not have. A carved boss holds the central spout, flanked by two scrolled iron arms, and iron tie bars still span the pool interior. The octagonal pool has a rolled coping over canted blocks and a plain plinth course. The limestone is grey with a green lichen cast settled into the pitting.
